From Firefighter to Architect Stories
Imagine a Senior AE named Alex.

Focus Area: Processes & AI
Goal: Automate the “busy work” and standardize so you can scale.
Pillar: Build People
Focus Area: Coaching & Skill-up
Goal: Increase the “Revenue per Head” (RPH).
Pillar: Build Teams
Focus Area: Culture & Recruiting
Goal: Create a high-performance environment.
Pillar: Build Relations
Focus Area: Stakeholders & Clients
Goal: Protect LTV (Lifetime Value) and secure executive buy-in.
If your calendar shows 0% in “Build Systems” or “Build People,” your team is currently “at-risk,” even if you’re hitting quota today.

1️⃣If more than 50% of your day is “Administrative” (and doesn’t fit into Build Self, Systems, People, Teams, or Relations) cancel one non-essential meeting right now.
Use that recovered 30 minutes to coach a top performer.
2️⃣Identify the one task you did today that felt “productive” but actually belonged to an IC. (e.g., you updated a CRM field for a rep, or you wrote a follow-up email for them).
Tomorrow, instead of doing that task, spend 15 minutes building a System (SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), Template, or AI Prompt) so the rep can do it themselves.
You just traded 15 minutes for a lifetime of recovered time.
